Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the allotment of 6,53,980 equity shares to option grantees who exercised their options under the Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited – Employees Stock Option Scheme, including ESOP Scheme VI (77,000 shares), ESOP Scheme VII (31,200 shares), ESOP Scheme VIII (1,69,500 shares), ESOP Scheme IX (2,03,700 shares), and ESOP Scheme X (1,72,580 shares), according to a regulatory filing on September 16, 2026.
